An unwanted item may be returned for refund or credit within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated in its website description, items such as ‘digital content’ like the remote web-portal cannot be returned or refunded. Postage cost is not refundable and would be at the discretion of Burgess Technologies
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any item purchased from Burgess Technologies, please contact us by email or telephone before returning anything back to us so that we may advise the best course of action for you. It is important that any unwanted or faulty item is returned as it was received, the original packaging should be intact and that it is in ‘as new’ condition, otherwise we may refuse it.
Burgess Technologies does not offer refunds for postage costs associated with non-fault or unwanted returns. Since each time-lapse system is custom-built over 2-3 days, we reserve the discretion to apply a handling fee of up to 30% for the time invested in building your system. This policy does not infringe upon your statutory rights.
