SD CARD RECORDING
With the time-lapse camera, you have the option to record video locally onto an on-board SD card. It doesn't put any extra strain on the SIM card, since the video isn't being sent off-site. This feature is often used to keep a constant recording of video, with the camera looping and re-recording every two weeks. If there's an incident, you can retrieve the video directly from the camera.
LIVE VIDEO ON MOBILE APPS
If you want to view live video on your mobile phone, you'll need to upgrade from a time-lapse SIM card that's only used for image capture to a SIM that's designed for live video streaming. This alternative SIM costs £40 per month and comes with 500GB of data. Once you've upgraded, you can log in to your mobile app and view a live video feed of your construction site from your phone.
LIVE VIDEO TO CLOUD
To access live video remotely, the mobile app is typically a suitable option. However, if you have users who need to view the live video on a web browser from their PC or laptop, the cloud streamer should be used. Additionally, the cloud streamer enables video recording and storage
