VIDEO PHONE LIST
• SIP Enhanced interoperability for hosted environments
• CyberData has maintained one of the most comprehensive list of IP PBX servers certified to
work with CyberData
The SIP Outdoor Video Intercom with Keypad has the following features:
- PoE 802.3af enabled (Powered-over-Ethernet)
- SIP compliant
- Adjustable camera angle
- Full-duplex voice operation
- Supports SRST (Survivable Remote Site Telephony) in a Cisco environment
- Network web management
- Network adjustable speaker volume and microphone sensitivity
- Network downloadable firmware
- Doubles as a paging speaker
- Dry relay contact for auxiliary control (controls external power)
- Door closure and tamper alert signal
- Optional Weather Shroud for even greater weather protection
- IP65 rated enclosure
- Conformal coated PCBA
- Optional Security Torx screws with driver kit
- Downloadable alert, ringtones and callout messages
Typically: For door access control the dry relay contacts on the intercoms PCB board trigger an external relay already in place. For automated gate and barrier access the N/O Normally Open contacts will drive a gate controller unit.

Every Manufacturer on this list has worked directly with CyberData & the product to certify interoperability. If your phone system is on the list, its fully supported.
Each SIP endpoint supports SIP over UDP which the majority of IP-PBX manufacturers adhere to. Microsoft Lync uses SIP over TCP and therefpore the certification comes direct from the Gateway manufacturer: Sonus, Audio Codes & Patton. Audiocodes more recent models have dropped SAS ( Stand Alone Survivability ). The best gateway to use would be a Sonus or Patton Smart Node Session Border Controller.
A CISCO partner for over a decade, directly certified by ASTERISK for over 10 years too. Certified my MITELS SIP center of excellence team. Most recent direct and written certification from Broadsoft. A reliable and powerful product.

Each entry phone has 2 sensor settings. A Door Sensor (left open) and a Intrusion Sensor (tamper alert) feature.
The door sensor (pins 5 and 6) on the header can be used to monitor a door's open or closed state. There is an option on the Sensor page to trigger on an open or short condition on these pins. The door sensor alarm will be activated when the Door Open Timeout parameter has been met.
The intrusion sensor is an optical sensor installed on the Intercom board and will be activated when the Intercom is removed from the case.
Each sensor can trigger up to five different actions:
• Flash the LED until the sensor is deactivated (roughly 10 times/second)
• Activate the relay until the sensor is deactivated
• Loop an audio file out of the Intercom speaker until the sensor is deactivated
• Call an extension and establish two way audio
• Call an extension and play a pre-recorded audio file

This set up video bellow is the none video intercom but all devices set up the same to the IP-PBX - Take a look
Burgess Technologies does not install. We test and configure VoIP Intercoms in our workshop and we have set many up to hosted IP Phone Systems. We can fully support on any info regarding the CyberData intercom.
OTHER SUPPLIED HARDWARE: WE CAN NOT ADVISE ON SETTING UP THE ASSOCIATED TECHNOLOGY IT INTEGRATES TO. UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT SELL IP-PBX'S AND WE DO NOT SELL IP PHONES.
Thankfully the above never need really apply as 95% of the time the End Client already has the VoIP system and IP Phones in place.
ELECTRICAL AND THE RELAY: We can not advise on external door access wiring beyond the intercoms PCB board. We can advise on what the intercom offers in the way of its relay board and contacts. Please see the relay TAB on this page. The Normally Open contacts usually directly trigger an automated gate or barrier controller. The same N/O outputs typically control the power of an external door relay already in place. There is lots of info on this in the opps guide PDF.
