We standardize on 3G and each Camera System we build includes a 3G Machine to Machine Cellular Router. Monthly Fixed M2M SIM deals are more flexible and cost effective. 3G uses HSPA (High Speed Internet Access) with transfer rates of up to 21 Mbps download and 5.76 Mbps upload. A High Resolution 8MP Image is around 1MB in file size. Therefore, for transmitting images a 3G System will more than meet the requirements. If your End User insists on 4G, we can just swap the router out (+£40).
